Limited support availability

Our phone support availability is reduced during the end of the year:

  • December 23: Limited phone support
  • December 24, 25 + 26: Christmas Eve and Public holidays, no phone support
  • December 27: Limited phone support until 15:00 (GMT+1)
  • December 30 + 31: Limited phone support until 15:00 (GMT+1)
  • January 1: Public holiday, no phone support
  • January 2 + 3: Limited phone support until 15:00 (GMT+1)
  • January 6: Public holiday, no phone support

All email support requests will be answered, although we kindly ask you to allow for a little bit more time than usual. In very urgent cases, our emergency hotline is available 24/7 as usual.
