A ticket vending machine can close the remaining gap in your online-first ticketing strategy and provides a convenient option to sell tickets to customers who do not want or can buy their ticket online. The vending machine can even support cash payments and therefore provide an accessible and anonymous means of payment. Once the ticket vending machine is set up, it is seamlessly integrated into your pretix ecosystem. There is no additional configuration of e.g. prices required. Instead, you can allow the sale of your products at the vending machine with one click in your pretix backend¹. Quotas will also be respected in real-time. Other than occasionally replacing the paper roll or taking excess cash out, the vending machine runs unsupervised and effortless.

The MV600-NG model of the manufacturer Fischer Electronic, based in the German black forest, is a well-established platform in the leisure industry and can be fitted with a wide range of hardware compontents. With the included cash handling that includes coin and bill recyclers, you can offer the full range of payment options to your customers. A combination of ticket and receipt printers allows for quick dispensing of tickets and receipts. Thanks to the robust exterior and an optional heating, the machine can even be set up in outdoor positions (ideally under a roof), such as the entry area of a swimming pool or park.
For indoor scenarios with no cash payment required, the Polytouch FLEX from German manufacturer Pyramid Computer is an elegant and cost-saving alternative to the large vending machine. With its modern design and large touch screen, the Polytouch FLEX will look great e.g. in the entrance hall of your museum or trade fair. It can be set up on a desk, on its own pillar, or mounted to a wall. Within the machine, a receipt printer can print both receipts and tickets. A specialized ticket printer can be combined externally on request.
